We are a Community of rockhounds

We believe in having community standards that include refraining from speaking negatively about the venue, other vendors, customers, and The Crystal Festival Show. We understand sometimes there are issues but they can be taken care of privately and professionally. Our shows are positive and upbeat let's keep them that way.

Our vendors have more fun than our customers

From potlucks, to bar hops, to full Christmas Parties we aim to make sure that our vendors have more fun than our customers do! The halls and expos are often full of laughter and shenanigans, as we like it that way! You might come for the work but we hope you'll stay for the play. 
Vendor socials happen at most shows but not all.

we adhere to a strick no refund policy

We also spend a ton of time and money advertising for our vendors. For these and about 2000 other reasons we do not offer refunds. I will work with everyone to make sure it works, that’s what communities do for eachother, but I do not want anyone putting money down not knowing the refund policy and feeling blindsided, refunds are never offered for any reason.

Mar 15th & 16th - Las Vegas

Brand new first year show at the Industrial just off the strip in downtown Las Vegas. Booth sizes are 8x10 inside or 10x10 outside. Booths start at $595 per outside 10x10.

This is our second year after a smashing success at the Reno Sparks Convention center in Reno, Nevada. Booths are 10x10 and start at $400.

May 3rd & 4th - Roosevelt

Our Roosevelt show is turning 3! We are so excited to be back at the Grace Event Center in Roosevelt, Utah. This small town show is one of our favorites! Booths start at $200 per 7x11 space.

May 31st & June 1st - Hurricane

Our Hurricane Crystal Festival turns 3 years old this year! Held inside the Grafton Building at the Hurricane Fairgrounds, we do an annual vendor potluck after the show on Saturday.

June 7th & 8th - Moab

Moab is a second year show held inside the Old Spanish Trail Arena at the Moab Fairgrounds. This show has dirt floors, but is inside. Booth spaces are 10x10 and start at $285.

August 2nd & 3rd - Vernal

Vernal is a third year show and our vendor's favorite venue! This venue is super nice, with amazing accomodations. We even rent a food truck during vendor setup. Booths are 10x10 and start at $300.

Common questions about being a vendor at the Crystal Festival for more questions please chat, text, or email with us!
How Long Do I Have to Pay?
Once we recieve your application we will review it, usually within 48 hours but often much faster. Upon approval we will send an invoice using Square Invoicing. Your booth is held and secure once the invoice is paid. Until the invoice is paid the booth space is not held, and the invoice maybe canceled if the spacd fills up. Please email or text me if you need time to pay your invoice, we will do our best to arrange payment if it is possible depending on how far away the show is and how full. Can I sell my goods?
Each show is devided into a few categories of vendors to ensure we have a great mix and that our vendors have the best sales possible. Please list what you actually sell, not to provent you from being in the show but to make sure all our vendors have awesome show success! Vendors we accept are Rocks and Minerals, Fossils, Gemstones and Cabochons, Jewelry, Spheres and Polished Stones, Crystal Crafts and Art, Crystal Healing, Intuitive Readings, and "Other". For each show we only allow 10% of our show to be "other". We never accept MLMs.
What is your refund policy?
Booth space is non-refundable for any reason. We will work with each vendor and their unique circomstances to try and accomodate changes, or someone else working their booth but we do not offer refunds on booths or vendor spaces.
What payment methods do you accept?
All of our vendor booth and vendor space invoices are sent through Square Invoicing. If you'd like to use AfterPay then we can also make you a custom listing on our website.
What can I sale at my booth?
Booth sharing is absolutely permitted with two conditions. Each person selling at the Crystal Festival MUST fill out an application and be approved (no additional fees apply), this is for tax, accounting, and insurance purposes. Second, the person sharing your booth must be selling approved merchandise. You cannot share your booth with an MLM, unapproved, or non family-friendly vendor.
Can I put something out at my booth other than rocks?
We understand many of our vendors have a large variety of incredible goods that benefit our customers. We are happy to have any vendor showcase their "other than rocks" goods so long as it is less than 30% of their booth space. Please note that we require 3d Prints to be listed on your application if you want to put them out. This is due to an overabundance of 3D pritns and specialized vendors that sell these. Unlisted or declaired 3D prints will result in us asking you to take them off your tables. We are a rock show not a craft show.
Is this a central checkout Show?
Absolutely NOT! We do not provide a centeral checkout as we want our vendors to keep 100% of what they make! Please bring a way to take payment, and collect money for your sales.
